The paper considers the contribution of experts from Laboratory Metrology Moisture Measurement and Reference Materials to improvement food industry metrological assurance system. information on results development forty types reference materials (RM) for composition various nutrition, staples nutritional supplement in period 2008-2020 is generalized. each new RM type included preparation material, research its stability homogeneity, determination certified value with appliance State primary (GET 173) secondary (GVET 176-1) standards, as well measurement procedures conducting interlaboratory experiment checking applicability RM. creation 2008 GET 173 was accompanied by RMs grains dry milk product. approval 2010 GVET 176-1 allowed add mass fraction nitrogen (protein). As a result successful participation comparisons, UNIIM got 6 items calibration capabilities measurements glycine, powder, grain, egg cereal feed-stuff BIPM database. 35 dairy meat products, infant food, oil starch products together fat, crude ash carbohydrates were created between 2016 2019. Moreover, (glycine, melamine, cystine) IR-analysers reconstituted developed control enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
